A Floral and Luminous Evening to Celebrate Accenture’s Teams

We had the pleasure of hosting Accenture Belgium’s annual staff celebration at Jeux d’Hiver, a loyal client who has placed their trust in us for many years.

For this edition, Accenture’s event team, working closely with the Jeux d’Hiver team, coordinated all partners involved to ensure that every detail reflected their identity: creative, elegant and truly people-focused.

All of our spaces, both indoor and outdoor, were transformed around a floral theme. Guests stepped into an immersive setting where colours, botanical textures and light installations came together to create the atmosphere of a sparkling nocturnal garden.

Throughout the evening, artistic performances by Scarlett Entertainment set the pace of the experience: stilt walkers in petal-inspired costumes, luminous dancers and poetic figures moving through fluorescent halos. These living tableaux accompanied guests from one space to another, adding a touch of enchantment to the journey.

Indoors, each room was reimagined to offer its own unique ambiance, with floral scenography, lighting effects and installations created in collaboration with Eland.

On the culinary side, Traiteur Leonard designed a generous and contemporary dining concept, perfectly in tune with the festive energy of the event.

As the evening unfolded, music, light, artistic creations and conviviality blended seamlessly to offer Accenture’s employees a celebration that truly reflected who they are. A moment to come together, share and enjoy a setting entirely designed with them in mind.
